有人说儿童是一本书虽然要读懂这本书并非易事，但要成为一位出色的教师就必须去读它，有人说，儿童是花木，教师是园丁，园丁悉心照料着花木，但需要尊重它们自然地成长。实际上，儿童比花木要复杂的多，教师的工作比园丁的工作也复杂的多，尽管他们拥有着共同或共通的规律。法国文学家雨果在他的诗里曾经写到：“花是尊贵的，果实是甜美的，让我们都来做叶吧，因为叶，是平凡而谦逊的。”我觉得这首诗就是为教师写的，因为教师就像那默默奉献的绿叶，时时刻刻衬托着鲜花的娇艳。今天，在庆祝教师节的日子里，我荣幸地站上这方讲台，诵读这样意味深长的诗句，即将开始我至真至诚的讲述，我心中无比激动，也感到万分的骄傲自豪。
时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的`感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

Have you seen a film named Titanic, I believe no one will shake head. It’s a film about how the ship Titanic sank into the sea in that time. It is very exciting. But I am quite interested in the story of the film, Jack and Rose’s story. I can learn some deeper things from it.
After the ship hit an iceberg and sank into the sea. Jack and Rose and other people fell into the cold sea water. As the weather was getting colder and colder, they were gradually stepping into death. Jack asked Rose to promise him not to give up the hope of life. At last, Jack was dead, and Rose had a narrow escape, because she listened to Jack and didn’t give up.

去年十二月，我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。紧张的`排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。

He is satisfied with his business though he hardly has time to have dinner with his wife and children. The needy one loves leisure. He has an easy but low-paid job so that he can have time to spend with his family. In general, he could have delicious and warm dinner with his families every day. He's happy, too. Which one do you think is more successful in his life? In my opinion, they are both successful because they both get what they want.
Everyone will be successful in his or her own area. So, never look down on anyone including yourself. One of my friends is crazy about computer games, thus neglecting his study. All the teachers regarded him as a failure. But actually he is successful in the games. He has won the first prize in many E-sports games.
Another example to support my statement. I think that everyone knows Luo Yufeng who is in America now. Severals years ago, she was under the spotlight and attracted a strong criticism. It seemed that her life was utterly a failure since everyone was laughing at her. But, I think she is successful not because she’s famous but she wanted to immigrant to America and achieved.
In many cases, whether we are successful or not is judged by others, actually, we should judge it by
ourselves. As long as you have your own goal, you know exactly what you want, you are successful when you achieve it. So, leave all the negative comments outside the door. Be yourself, follow your own cause and enjoy your own success!

So many people under estimate the power and importance of a smile, that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners ofthe mouth.
A smile has many meanings: pleasure, friendliness, welcome, amusement, and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extrainter pretation.
Plus a smile, with all its simplicity and beauty, can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:
You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history, nature, entertainment and what not because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting.
You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with asmile, sometimes even if you wouldn’t initially have bought anything; and in other stores, even though they have exactly what you need or better, you decide to walk away because the vendor doesn’t look welcoming at all.
You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile, even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand, sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever, but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip, even if you do, because he was grumpy.
More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.
Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand, the friendly pizza delivery boy, the welcoming supermarket vendor, the nice cashier at the bank, … etc.
It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back, and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view, if we break it down using business sense, a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty.
On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up,it has been psychologically proven.
Personally, I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country, in companies, government agencies, restaurants, hotels, banks,everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this, and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports, hospitals,hotels … etc.
Let’sall simply smile.

as a man who owns a family, i also have to take care of my family. still, it isn’t that easy. since i took the job 10 years ago, i haven’t had enough time to be with my family. so many festivals have i spend with microphones, but not my family and friends, just because my job needs me. so many times have my wifecomplained about my returning home late and having meals outside often, just because my job needs me. and so many times, my mom or dad is sick in bed, but i cannot be there with them in time, just because my job needs me. i cannot fully devote myself to my family because my job needs me, a lot of people need me. and again, as a man with a family, how can that be easy?
even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.
i have made many sacrifices as an air traffic controller. i really feel sorry for my family. but as i help pilots find their destinations under terrible weather conditions, and then hear “thanks” from them, i’m satisfied. and as i see planes taking off and landing safely, and make sure that hundreds more families can get together, i’m comforted. i even seem to be able to see the happy smiles on their faces.
such is my job, though i cannot enjoy much of the happiness my family brings to me, i can experience the sense of responsibility through my work. i’ll never regret this, regret choosing my job. it is through these years that i know what responsibility and devotion really mean. and it is through these years that i realize what family really means to me---supporting and understanding. i really appreciate them.
with my family as an anchor for me, i firmly believe that i can overcome all the difficulties on my way, and make a contribution to the cause of air traffic control. and i believe, i am, and always will be a member of civil aviation, and my family as well.

当我张开嘴让他们跟着我念单词时又有同学举手提议：“老师，我们今天学唱英文歌吧！我们能自己跟着磁带学，那样你的嗓子会好得快些，妈妈说嗓子哑了要少说话！”多懂事的孩子，只知他们平时爱惹我生气，不知他们竟也知道关心我！下课了，孩子们硬要把剥好的橘子塞进我的嘴里，说：“老师吃了它吧！吃了你的嗓子就会好了！”在那一刻我感受到了三十多颗幼小的心灵对我的抚慰，感受到了他们对我的理解和支持，作为一名幼儿教师我心甘情愿了！
去年十二月，我要教四个班的.英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。

Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forgetthe place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place wheresurrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honestpeople who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every streetthere.
Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird's eye viewof the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including themordern colour and old smell.
Looking at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Takin, Goldenmonkey. You will thinks the nature has special power to make life sowonderful.
My hometown has a long history of culture. There is thetea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit .Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can't help sign in regret how long ourculture is!
Tian Quan is also famous for it's culture of tea. In summer , the farmerswork on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you havea chance to work on the tea plantations, you can't miss it! You can enjoy thetea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!
