good morning everybody.
it is true that most of us value honesty highly. however, nowadays we often confront confidence crisis such as cheating, overcharging, fake commodities and so on. i think that we should be honest because being honest is not only beneficial to ourselves but also to others and the whole society. the reasons can be listed as follows.firstly, only honest people can be truly respected by the others and can make more friends over a long period of time. secondly, honesty, which is the traditional virtue of the chinese people, can make our life easier and more harmonious.
thirdly, honesty can make our society more stable. a case in point is that singapore, a society featuring trustworthiness and integrity, has a comparatively low criminal rate. responsbility can be understood in many ways. for the parents , they have had the responsibility for caring for and fostering their children since the birth of their baby.for teachers,both in kindergartens and colleges,they also should be responsible for the study and life of their students,that is to say,teahers are the second parents of children somewhile.
for us,as a friend of others,it is our responsibility to help our friends when they are in trouble or faced with difficulties. each one has the different responsibily based on their roles but we must take it for granted that we are responsible for the society. that is all ,thank you .

1.Agree or disagree: Museums should be made free.In my eyes, museums of course should be made free.
We know that, as a part of culture, museums restore many culture relics. These are typical symbols for a certain times. As a citizen of our country, it is necessary and natural to learn our past history. Recent years, more and more museums are open free to the public. I couldnt agree more with it. Free museum will greatly motivate all kinds of people to approach. Whats more, in this fast developing age, museums have many new and advanced invents inside. It will be a wonderful place for people who want to learn more. Parents can often take their children to museums to learn about history and some technical knowledge. In a word, I think government should try to make more museums free for citizens.
2.Agree or disagree: Zoos should be banned.
Nowadays, lots of people start to realize that zoos are not a good place for animals. People need zoos because it is an easy way to close the animals and also because its convenient for people to observe them. However, zoos are in fact a cruel place for animals. Animals should live in their natural habitat. An animals natural instinct is to run and to hunt. But thats not for animals kept in zoos. Everyday, people feed them. Theyve never been taught how to hunt for food and will gradually lose their natures. That will be quite cruel for a animal, especially for wild animals such as tigers and lions. You can often find in zoos that a tiger kept in cage has a loose expression in its face.We set animals in zoos and therefore feel that they wont meet danger and may be able to protect them from dying out. This may be just a excuse we find for ourselves to make animals in cages just as entertainment. We always say animals are our friends, then why we put our friends in cages?

My name is Hu. I am twenty . I come from the number one class of the Software and Technology College . I am the student in charge of organization in my class . I like smiling , because I think it is the best way to get on well with others . I come from Nanjing , a beautiful city .
Now I am part-working and part-studying in the colleges canteen . One the one hand , doing this part time job can bring financial support to me , the burden of my parents will be greatly relieved . One the other hand , it is an enrichment of my college life . Although it is a little tired , I can insist on .
Do you know where is my favourite place in our college ? Of course the library . I like staying in the library . I like borrowing some books I like and reading quietly . I also like the circumstance , pretty big , quiet , beautiful and full of the tastes of books !

Steaming fish is a classical Guang Dong dish. It is famous for light, softand slippery taste. The material must be fresh, and the cook must control theheat to make sure the fish remain tender and pure. Put the fresh fish in the potto steam for 8 minutes with mild heat. Before the dish is finished, add a spoonof oil and some chopped green onion and a spoon of soy sauce, and then thesteaming fish is done. My father is very good at cooking this course. I reallylove the way he cook the fish, not only maintain the original flavors of thefish, but also provide with enough protein.

A very warm welcome to you all. I hope you all are doing well and are very excited to celebrate mother’s day. We all are gathered here to dedicate this day to the wonderful personality. I am glad to give a speech on this auspicious day.
We all have or had in our lives- ‘Mother’, ‘Mom’, ‘Maa’, ‘Amaa’, the words for this most beautiful soul sound similar across most languages and evoke similar connotations of love and warmth. She is like a god to her child. The god cannot be everywhere so he made the mothers to protect his all the children on the earth. We all can identify her as a goddess of multitasking, we say a thing or just give it a thought and she does that from cooking to earning and from pampering to scolding us for our wrong things, she plays her part with utmost love and affection.
The mothers are the creator of our existence, she is the one who has made us feel what exactly the life is, she made us alive and has produced virtues within us. Isn’t it?
I think she is the strongest string who attaches the entire family together, she always motivates us and builds our strength and does everything that has can help us to face the world with dignity, confidence and power. Mother is the person who moulds and frames us, the one who build us both physically and mentally and empowers us to face the world.
She is like a sunshine for her children and is always the first person whom we can think of our good and bad situations. Mother is the first thought that we all have in our mind when we are not well, when we are sad, when we face the failure in life or when we reach the greatest height of success.
Somebody has said it very well that, “Behind every successful man, there is a woman”. I appreciate this quote and have no second thought on this that woman can be none other than the ‘mother’.
She is the one whose prayers are focused just on her child because it is only the mother who carries the entire world in her and has been blessed by God with the power to nurture a complete life in her womb that too with intense love and care.
Mother, being the supreme lover, loves her child like nothing else in the world. With her unconditional love and affection, she removes all the troubles that come across her way. She let nothing to stand in her path when it comes to her child. From the day we step into this world till the day we are carried to our final destination we come across many relations- some are to betray you, some to leave us all alone, and some for their own sake. But there is one relation who has no boundaries, no obligations and unconditional love that is “Motherhood”.
At I just want to say that you all respect this wonderful gift of God. we should take a pledge not to hurt our mothers and should take the utmost care of them and they did during all their life for making our lives even better.
I conclude my speech with the words, “MAA,- to the world you are my mother but to me, you are my world”.

A general dictionary defines teamwork as a "Cooperative or coordinated effort on the part of a group of persons acting together as a team or in the interests of a common cause unison for a higher cause people working together for a selfless purpose and so on."Applied to workplaces teamwork is a method that aligns employee mindsets in a cooperative and usually selfless manner towards a specific business purpose.
Today there is no business or organization that does not talk about the need and value of teamwork in the workplace. While the concept of teamwork and its benefits are well known and talked about it is very rare to see it being practiced truly in reality. And you may have often noticed what appears outwardly as teamwork is not really teamwork internally. Some things cannot be accomplished by people working individually. Larger more ambitious goals usually require that people work together with other people. Because of this teamwork is a desired goal of many businesses and organizations today. Projects often require that people work together in order to accomplish a common goal. Although critics often argue that in the corporate world teamwork has become an empty buzzword or a form of corporate-speak. Effective collaborative skills are necessary to work well in a team environment. As businesses and organizations become larger or more sophisticated. Many employers attempt to enhance their employees collaborative efforts through training cross-training and workshops in order to help people effectively work together in a cohesive group and accomplish shared goals.
Human beings are fiercely independent animals and we will always have our own opinions and independent methods of doing something. This is the way our minds are hardwired by nature. Ecept for a very small percentage of us sharing and collaboration with others is not eactly programmed inside each and every one of us. This is because each person is mainly concerned about his or her rewards appreciation need for power over others and so on. But teamwork is a different ballgame that aligns mindsets in a cooperative and usually selfless manner towards a specific business purpose. And it involves sacrifices sharing of rewards sharing the blame and punishments true uniformity suppression of personal opinions etc. which is not very palatable to many. It is always "What is in it for me" rather than "What is in it for us.
In order for teamwork to succeed one must be a teamplayer. A Teamplayer is one who subordinates personal aspirations and works in a coordinated effort with other members of a group or team in striving for a common goal. Businesses and other organizations often go to the effort of coordinating team building events in an attempt to get people to work as a team rather than as individuals.
A 20 national representative survey HOW-FAIR revealed that Americans think that being a team player was the most important factor in getting ahead in the workplace. This was ranked higher than several factors including merit and performance leadership skills intelligence making money for the organization and long hours.
