My name is Andy. I am from Zhejiang province, which is a beautiful and near Shanghai.

When I was a little boy, I dreamed of becoming an engineer just like my idol Mark Zakerbug, the founder of facebook.

However, I found that I didn't learn much practical knowledge but only the book knowledge from my colleague in the four years. Back to my past years, I realized that at the very beginning, I was confused with my future, and I always asked myself: What can I do after graduation? Which kind of job suits me well? While, the confusion was ended by an Indian movie called 'three idiots'. I was shocked by the movie. I was moved and inspired by one sentence: Pursing excellence, success will purse you!

Finally, I understand why I was confused during the college life, as I had no dream and desire and the direction of my life.

Then I decided planned to enter tarena , an IT training class last year.

I learnt a lot of Java and made lots of friends who shared similar ideas towards future and life.

Now I found I am deeply interested in programming and desired to master it well.

In tarena, I learned much knowledge about java, the use of database, such as Oracle and MySql and so on.

During my past one year of job career, I had also spared much effort on some exercises about logical questions.

Now, with the dream of being a better engineer, I am standing here to apply for the job. I appreciate the chance very much.
