My Dream I dream of being a doctor. My mother is a doctor. She always has to work extra hours and comes home late and tired. She has to go to the hospital immediately any time she is needed, no matter how late it is at night. When I was very little and still in primary school, I once asked her why she chose such a boring and hard job. She answered with a smile, “Yes I am sometimes very tired but seeing my patients getting better and better makes me happy from the bottom of my heart.”
As I grow up, I gradually come to understand her words and realize doctors are noble. I made up my mind to be a doctor when I was in junior school and this has never changed since then. I really hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no Aids, no fatal disease, no one suffering from illness. But this is only a fantasy. What about the reality? There are still many many people who are faced with disastrous disease and suffering from constant pain. There are still many many people living in miserable condition and live miserably. There are still many many people dying of cancer and leaving the beautiful world reluctantly. All those things make me feel sad because I think everyone has the right to live . I want to help the sick and reduce their pain as much as I can. I want to bring a healthy body to the patients and save their lives as many as I can. I want to see people cured ,living happily with their families and friends after my treatment. So I want to be a doctor ,an angel in white. When I become a doctor, I will cherish each life regardless of the races, sexes, ages, positions and occupations. I will do every bit to cure the incurable. I already have a dream in my heart,so I have to make every effort to realize it.As a high school student now,I will seize every chance to study hard,arm myself with knowledge, prepare myself for the future and strive for my dreams. I will be determined, face the reality bravely and not surrender to any problems I meet. Is’s like Gothe says,“The important thing in life is to have a great aim and be determined to attain it.”Being a doctor is my dream. I think it is simple but meanful. The government and people of China have always admired the purposes and principles of the Olympic spirit and supported the efforts made by the Olympics in promoting world peace. The Chinese government and people are doing our utmost in preparation for the 20xx Olympics in Beijing. It is our hope to make it a grand gathering that will carry forward the Olympic spirit, promote world peace and enhance the friendship among people of the world, so that the Olympic spirit will flourish once again, this time in China, an oriental country with an ancient civilization.
1、Maintain a good attitude of tolerance towards people , the students are friendly to each other, to create a harmonious interpersonal relationships.
2、 We should promote a vibrant style of the team, a real study , the unity displayed a style of class and diligence to make personal style in a good environment. The students forge ahead and to the ideal of hard work. Learning positive, thereby creating a harmonious atmosphere for education. With the development of society, harmony becomes the theme of this time. Everyone is doing his best to make the surroundings harmonious. As a member of our campus, we should take action in building the harmonious campus. Here are some suggestions. First, treat people sincerely. We should be ready to help each other when someone is in trouble. Second, behave yourself. Keep our environment clean and take good care of every tree and every flower. Third, try to be polite. When we meet someone we know, a “hello” is good enough. Then, we can gain their respects for us. Of course, there are still a lot of things we can do to build the harmonious campus. years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure ofwonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the gameof living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and powerfrom men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows ofcynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but aslong as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you maydie young at 80.

Good morning! I am very glad to stand here and share the topic of “youth” with you. I come from XX and my name is maxfu. Today my topic is “Melody of Youth”.
Some people say that youth is a rising sun, carries infinite hope and irradiates dazzling light.
Some people say that youth is a ball of blaze, flickers the flame of passion, dances the melody of youth.
Some people say that youth is a roaring river, bursts out the voice of confidence, flows the boldness of youth.
Some people say that youth is a fresh willow, has not only the endless tenderness, but also the iron will.
It’s true. Youth is ought to be a life with great persistence, which is full of hope, enthusiasm, assurance, belief and keep striving during all your life.
Since we know how wonderful the youth is, how can we build our own youth wonderful?
Firstly, I think you should set an ambition. Sam Walton has told us: High expectation is the key to everything. Ideals are the navigation mark and ambitions are the power for our striving.
Secondly, I think you should think more. Look before you leap, we are impetuous, if we consider everything calmly; there’s nothing that we can not do successfully.
Thirdly, I think you should work hard. An idle youth， a needy age. When we are young we are supposed to struggle, to do everything by ourselves so that we can get more experience for our future. As it’s said the beautiful rainbow always appears after a ding-on and the wealthy harvest always comes from laborious tillage.
Lastly, I think you should have a mood of optimism. Being positive, when we meet the frustration, can help us learn how to he stronger. Cause we are young, there’s no fail if only we try it again. Don’t get dizzy with success, and don’t get upset with failure.
By the way, being in youth doesn’t only mean you are young at your age. Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind. But I dont know whether greetings are enough for us.Especially when wemeet with failures .I remember quite clearly that when I was a child,if I falldown and was on the brink of crying,my father always told me“Please stand upfrom where you fall down!" Yes,we must stand up from where we fall down.
That was a special mid night in 1993.Expectations filled our hearts. We stared at the TV,hoping excitedly as the voice would fly to ourears.
But at last,each Chinese who loves our motherland was distressed to knowthe result:Beijing ,lost to Sydeny by a margin of two votes in the Olympichosting petition. Eight years have past,but the frustration has not healed with time atall. Now,at the begining of the new millennium,all of the pride anddisappointment of the 20th century had gone with the wind. The 21stcentury,which is full of hope,longing znd thought has e. Someone said,wewould start from zero on. Should I really start from zero on?
No!I hold that we should go on with our efferts and ambitions stayed bylast century,and make our life better. "New Beijing,Great Olympics!" The voice cries this out around Chinascaptital,a 3,000 -year-old city these days. Beijing,along with Paris,Istanbul,Osake and Toronto,has been shortlisted bythe International Olympic Committee as an official candidate city for the 2008Olympic Games. This is Beijings second attempt to host the games. Everyone fully supports Beijings bid for it.
Maybe,we can paint fences along the main roads of Beijing. Maybe,we can make much of yhe city cleaned up.
Maybe,we can learn and speak basic English idioms and expressions for munication.
But,but are they just enough?
