尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好。我叫张倬维，我很高兴能参加这次班干部竞选，我今天要竞选的是英语课代表。我对英语有很浓厚的兴趣。在学习英语的过程中，我曾在学校英语节比赛中获得一等奖和在一年级上学期期末被评为英语小博士。
如果今天我被选为英语课代表，我一定会以身作则，更加严格要求自己。我会和同学们一起努力学习，一起帮助掉队的同学使我们班成为一个热爱英语的班集体；另外我还要积极完成老师交给的任务，做好老师的小助手、小帮手。
如果我落选了，我也不会灰心，那说明我还有许多缺点和不足，我以后一定会继续努力，争取下次竞选成功。
